breaksHM_V.jpgSomehow we missed this major retail news from Tuesday: H&M “has officially signed a 15-year lease at property owner Al Laboz’s 497 Fulton Street building on the Fulton Street Mall. The 29,600-square-foot store, between Hoyt and Bridge streets, will be H&M’s first street location Brooklyn,” reports the Observer. Due to construction, it won’t open until 2010.

  2. Biff, you’ve lowered me to groveling…thanks!!

I respect DIBS and hold him in high regard, I didn’t want any bad air between us.
