Wacky Times in Crown Heights
Desperate times call for desperate measures. What to do when the market tanks on you mid-construction? Buy some different shades of green paint and apply liberally. We shall see whether the paint job will translate into sales at the 10-unit, Scarano-designed 804 Bergen Street. Bets? GMAP

That said, the little tree that is stuck in the fence was mine and thrills me to no end whenever I see it.
