There’s a landmarks meeting at LICH at 6 PM tonight (10/28) to consider an extension, dormer windows in the peaked roof, and skylights

I saw this house. Two elderly sisters lived there since the FDR administration. It looked sad and small with rickety stairs but with a half million dollar re-do it could be very nice I’m sure. The location is very nice, except for the hoarder house next door. I am amazed this house sold for this price given the next door neighbor and the condition. 1.7 million is a lot of money in the non-Brownstoner world.
