Fire Rated Door Vendor for Boiler Room?

I don’t. He is very reasonable and has done subsequent “door-related” work for me since.

We need a fire-rated (steel encased) frame and door for a boiler room in a multi-family. Any suggestions on a vendor that will supply and install a framed door? Doesn’t need to be pretty, just needs to be a solid plumb installation. Thanks for your help.
