The corner of Lafayette and Classon is overflowing with garbage daily. Who can I contact to get the situation cleaned up?

I haven’t seen this corner in particular but overflowing corner trash seems to be a real problem in the neighborhood.  It’s gross.

How can I get a public garbage situation cleaned up? The corner of Lafayette and Classon is disgusting. There is a public trash can there which is overflowing all over the ground on a daily basis. People are definitely dumping their home garbage in it and it attracts rats.  Anyone else witness this?  Know how we can fix it???
