Can anyone recommend a reliable contractor to re-grout the tiling in a 6′ x 7′ bathroom? Our tile’s in decent shape, but the grout badly needs to be replaced (and we cannot afford a full re-do at this time). We’d want to get the job done quickly since it is our only bathroom.

Also, any idea what a job like this should cost?

It’s really really easy to do it yourself but need to put in a little elbow grease and time.

If you still need someone, my guy is out of the country at the moment and is back in September so if you can wait, I would highly recommend him (Oleg – 347-583-0523). He charged my parents around $300-400 to regrout the whole bathroom.

I would NOT recommend Robert Mara. He’s opinionated, rude and kind of guy if not my way then take a highway. We have hired him last spring to do a gut renovation of our bathroom. He made sure the deposit was payed the first day did partial demo and then left the second day. The following day he sent us an email how hard he worked (not mentioning all the debrew and unfinished work he left behind) promising us a refund out of the deposit for the work he did not complete. Until this day the money were not received. He keeps saying that he has children and family and not able to pay back yet. It is not like we do not have a family and have to pay our bills. So make your own conclusions.
