Wall-mounting a flat-screen LCD: Alternatives to the Geek Squad?

I got a 42″ LCD.  I got a suitable wall bracket for it.  I got a cable box, DVD player and a receiver/home theater unit with four speakers.  Need someone to mount the bracket to the wall, the TV to the bracket and wire the components together.  Geek Squad charges $250 and up.  Would like to give a local person with some expertise in this area my business (the $250 seems a bit high).  Anyone have someone to do the job?

remember, for 250, you have the backing of best buy and their insurance.  if that thing comes down, you have recourse.  Now, any competent person should be able to hang something like this but I will tell you the truth, a customer of mine did not want to pay me what I would get to put up a cabinet and got some handyman to do it and the cabinet came down breaking every single dish in it.   If someone comes along to do this job and will not or could not guarantee that they would replace it if they damage it during install or there is a problem later, I would give them $75.00 to hang it and no more.  I just hung one for a customer where we had done a renovation and charged them only $50 – but then again we had just done a lot of work for them. purchase the power bridge and do it yourself. $60 http://www.powerbridgesolution.com/ This way you do not need an electrician since you are not running a new box. The TV power cord isn’t fire rated you are not supposed to run it behind the wall. Really easy to do

250 sounds very fair. Anything less and you probably won’t get anyone that will take their time or care about the finished product.
