IP Camera setup

Anyone know who to call to set up an IP camera?  Basically its been setup for monitoring within the house over wi-fi, but need someone to help set it to be viewed offsite (computer at work and cell-phone)

There are apps for that.  I have iCam.  I paid $4.99 for it.
