Alarms R Us

Has anyone used them to install a home security system and if so, would you recommend them?  Thanks.

I have not used them yet but expect to–my various phone calls and two visits were in line with above. An electrician (whom we found recommended on this site) installed a no-name wireless system that two services have said they can’t monitor and have never seen. Bob at Alarms R Us has put in a lot of time looking it up, finding out more about it, calling us back, etc. Very, very responsive.

Absolutely. Without reservation. Similar experience to mopar. Totally professional, but very personal and responsive too. When a roofer dislodged sensor on the roofhatch, they came right over. Feels like a family biz, but not sure.  My contractor was impressed. I reccomended them to a friend who has a business in Clinton Hill and he was also satisfied.

Yes, we use them and I love them. They came out twice to explain how the system would work. When they gave us a quote for a system that was more than we could afford, they changed the configuration to make it affordable. The $80 or whatever it is every three months is money well spent as far as I am concerned. They are just the nicest people. And very reliable.
