ISO Coop Roofer/facade work Recommendation

I’ve never heard of a roofer who does repointing or vice versa. Your best bet is to get two specialists — one a roofer, and one a mason.

Our coop, an 8 unit brick building constructed in the 1930s, needs a recommendation for a licensed and insured roofer who can both replace or repair the roof, including edges around a doghouse and skylight and terra cotta edges, as well as do some pointing work to the brick side facade of the building. We’ve struggled to find a contractor with insurance who can do both jobs that has favorable reviews. Thank you in advance
