Anybody know what’s up with this place? they’ve been waiting on a part/repairing my vacuum for a very long time. Have tried calling multiple times and never get through..

I’ve actually dealt with these folks several times (purchased vacuum, repaired washer/drier, repaired sewing machine) and generally they’re great. They don’t have much in the way of parts, though, so repairs can take a long time if they need to order them.
