anyone know what is going in at 77 nevins st?

anyone know what is going in at 77 nevins st? betwn atlantic and state st. Use to be the pizzeria then the pharmacy. They have exposed the brick outside and indoors and have added large glass windows, already improving the building. Just curious as to what is going in.
