My 3-family in Bed Stuy has a couple cracked steps, and the railing wobbles when held. How much should this cost to repair? Reliable suggestions please? Thanks for your thoughtful response.

Cracked steps and wobbly railings are caused be some other structural issue; so depending on the bigger picture to properly correct it, without seeing it is impossible to guess. A temporary patch job can probably be done for about $500.00 including materials, but bare in mind the banister will keep loosening and steps will keep moving out of alignment if not properly repaired.
