STAIR FABRICATOR TO REPLACE CELLAR STAIRS

We’re looking for a local stair fabricator (Brooklyn) to replace cellar stairs which were damaged by Ida.
The bottom treads were submerged and shredded by the water. My preference is to install perforated metal stairs, nothing fancy, just looking for something structurally sound and water-resistant. These are going down into an unfinished cellar. Current stairs are 22″ wide , 10 treads and 11 risers, no handrail.
Any recommendations? I have called several stair folks , like New York Wood Stairs (steel division), who don’t return calls. Seeking recommendations for a good metal stair fabricator.
