Recommendations for Steel Contractor to Build Deck & Install Stairs

Hi. We are adding an exterior galvanized steel balcony and circular stairs from the 2nd floor of our brick Brooklyn home, down to the garden. Looking for a recommendation for a contractor that is experienced in steel to build the balcony and install the pre-built stairs. We have a small budget but enough to get the job done. We already have complete plans from the architect and are ready to submit to the DOB. We need someone fully licensed and insured with good recommendations. Try Joseph at Lopolo Iron Works. 718.339.0572. His work is impeccable. I’ve used them for several projects. They are not the cheapest, but when I went with another iron worker, I ended up having to call Joseph to redo the work. He’s built a 20′ x 10 steel deck — he worked with Steve Rayboy to build ipe privacy walls — and he also built a steel staircase from my 1st floor to my cellar to landmark specifications.
