New windows for brownstone in landmarked building and block

Hi there, I am looking for a trusted window supplier to replace our windows of our brownstone. We need LPC approval for the front but not for the rear elevation.
I used Bay Ridge Windows and Doors in the past for new Ultimate Double Hung by Marvin but my contact has since passed and the reviews look a little mixed.
