ISO: WOOD FIREPLACE MANTEL

Hello, We are 8 years into a never-ending renovation and looking for a wood mantel to replace one that long ago burned up in a fire. This is a shot in the dark, but anyone getting rid/ have seen for a reasonable price of something roughly 60 ins wide, out of wood, meant to be installed with tiles in the firebox surround? The style of our existing one (which we would like to very roughly match) is Eastlake, with two bullseye plinths on corners of the horizontal top piece and fluting both across the horizontal piece and down the vertical pieces.

The key is reasonably priced, we’re hoping for $500 and under on this one, or else I will force my husband to buy the router knives and make it himself. I’ve found a similar one at Demolition Depot (there is really nothing fancy about this style, I am sure they are a dime a dozen) but they won’t budge on the $1200 price for one in need of a lot of restoration.

I recently rescued a wood mantel from the trash hoping that we could use it, but it’s too big for our place – It’s not eastlake style & covered in massive amounts of paint – 52″h x 66w , cut out is 32 x 41.5 – I can send you pics.
