Corner decorations for the first floor.

Hello, I would like to have information on the correct terminology about the renovation of facade elements of a typical corner store (those with round corner, for instance). -are that corners named in a special way? (in the picture) -is it possible to buy a full corner ready to install? (made of wood, metal or why not plastic) -is there a nice way to remove old paint from old tin ceiling tiles without destroy them? Thank you very much
