Co-Op Combination Contractor

I am looking to combine two co-op apartments. I have an architect but am looking for a contractor to do some demolition of walls, construction of walls and doorframes, as well as some electrical work and to refinish the floors.

Does anyone have any good contractor recommendations? Because it’s a co-op they need to be fully licensed and insured.
