Hello Everyone, i am looking to buy a multi-family brownstone/townhouse in brooklyn with a budget around 975K, would love a house with a ton of original details and that is currently rented or could be rented out in as is conditon and I can restore over the years. This would be a long term investment….maybe bed stuy, crown heights, plg ? Any honest suggestions that would help !!! thank you.

Sure, you can get a multi family with details for the price you mention or less in any of those neighorhoods. Also Ridgewood and Bushwick. (Oh, well, Ridgewood is technically Queens.)
