"Contract Out ..." yet again. Is it always this frustrating?!

I’d been pestering a real estate agent for an appointment for a viewing. When I finally tracked him down, I was told he would happily arrange a viewing, but the contract on the place I was interested in was out — meaning there was an accepted offer but not a signed contract. Is it even worth going and having a look at the place?! Doesn’t ‘contract out’ essentially mean it’s a done deal? Is this agent just trying to up the ante for the potential buyer he’s already got on board? Getting so fed up with the games …

Absolutely, There is a reason that the potential buyer has not signed as of yet. Go for it, you have nothing to lose. 🙂
