How is the Park Slope 2 bedroom market lately?

it is possible that your view of competitive pricing is not as objective as potential buyers. Have you had open houses? Have you actually gone to visit other OH’s in the neighborhood? Are the photos, staging and copy doing you any favors or working against you? Maintenance? Doorman? Price/SF? Prewar? It is August, and it seems like a nice quiet time to iron out any wrinkles before things pick up next month, . Not likely much will happen between now and Labor Day.

Hello all, I’ve been trying to sell my 2 bedroom co-op apt in a great center slope location for the last few months (with a broker), but have no interest/offers. I believe it is competitively priced with all else I see on the market, and there is nothing ‘wrong’ with the apt, in fact its in good shape and has a lot going for it. Anyone have any insight into how the markets been the last 3 months and whether you think it will pick up after the summer? Any insight/advice is appreciated. thanks.
