Housing Comparables: Per Square Foot

In case anyone cares – I downloaded all the Park Slope / Fort Greene comps for the past 12 months and put them in per square foot order.  Just in case anyone is looking as I was.  There’s a lot of junk that I removed e.g. zero square feet or zero sales price.  Gives an interesting picture of streets / neighbourhoods.  Sadly you can’t upload files to this site except pictures.  Let me know if you want the file.
