96 Rockwell

I rented at 96 Rockwell short term for 2 months. For being a “luxury renovation” the renovation is quite crappy. Half of the electrical outlets didn??t work. There is a 2 finger gap at the bottom of the entrance door where your neighbours smoke comes into the appartment. Beside that prepare for a lot of street noise – the windows have not been updated. And consider your electrical bill – you have to keep the 2 Huge AC units running 24/7\. Good luck!

Does anyone have any experience negotiating with the sponsor at 96 Rockwell Place? Considering an apartment there but like to get a sense of what the process is like, if they’re fair/flexible, etc. Thanks community!
