Once a horse stable, then a car repair shop, 702 Hancock has been transformed into eight market-rate condos built to Passive House standards.

Saturday, Oct 19, 12pm – 4pm
Open Access (No ticket required)

Guided Tours at 12:30 & 2:30pm
Paul Castrucci, Founder and Principal of Paul A. Castrucci Architects, will lead half-hour walk-throughs of building features, followed by Q&A. Castrucci is known for completing NYC’s first Passive House Net Zero building, R-951 Residence.
