Does anyone know what the plan is for the empty lot on the east side of Boerum Place between Atlantic and Pacific?

Are you referring to 97 Boerum (aka 252 Atlantic, 89 Boerum) Block & lot 181-0001 ?   AFAIK its a stalled site.  Partial Stop Work Order:  http://tinyurl.com/bvfmq9e   Mr Brownstoner had this in 2007: http://brownstoner.staging.wpengine.com/blog/2007/11/252-atlantic-av/    But last i heard it was 65 Residential Units, Commercial Retail on Ground level.  My obvious guess is financing issues.  But with the market firming, who knows.     Ultimately you can call CB2 or M Markowitz’ office and see if they have any updates.
