Master Plumber

Just FYI. My experience with Gateway: I had Dave come out to my Brooklyn home to give me an estimate on installing a new heating and AC system. No small job. He promised to get back to me with an estimate. That was March 11\. A week later I sent a follow up email requesting to know when I would hear from him. No reply. Two weeks later I called the office and was told by the woman who answered that I would get the estimate within the week. No estimate. Two weeks later I called again and was again promised an estimate within the week. No estimate. A week after that I followed up with an email to Dave. No response. It is now April 22, six weeks later, and I just got a voicemail informing me that they were going to pass on the job. It took them SIX WEEKS to tell me they weren’t interested. Just giving you the facts.

Our home required a gut renovation, including all new plumbing, and we had a great experience with Scarponi and Sons.
