Parging

Recently we bought a 10 year old house having old furnitures and soon we found deteriorated bricks and excess of dampness in basement that makes our house looks more ugly. After consulting a contractor we decided to do parging and they were successful in filling up missing mortar in the face of walls.

Can anyone recommend someone to parge my exterior foundation wall? The original paint is chipping so it would need to be stripped in addition to typical surface prep. Thanks.
