Does anyone know of a local public notary in Stuyvesant Heights?

Afternoon Brownstoners. I’m needing to get a few documents witnessed and stamped by a public notary and was wondering if anyone knew of a local person in the Stuyvesant Heights area? I had a tip-off from my neighbor that Flateau Reality on Decatur might offer this service, but they don’t. Any help much appreciated – thanks!

Thanks to everyone who posted! In case anyone ever needs it, I ended up confirming the following Notary Publics around Stuyvesant Heights either via phone or drop in: Law Firm of Bryan A Lorenzo (Stuyvesant b/w Macdonough and Decatur) – best to call ahead and make sure someone is there. Stuyvesant Height Brokerage (Stuyvesant b/w Macdonough and Decatur) – again, best to call ahead and check when someone will be in. Lillian’s Professional Services (Marcus Garvey b/w Decatur and Fulton) – notary on site the bulk of the day. May want to check if they are in if you plan to drop by around lunch time. Broadband Realty Corp (801 Halsey, corner of Howard) – This is who I ended up using. Irsa Greene was incredibly lovely and helpful. She wasn’t in the office at the time of my dropping in, but immediately made arrangements to come back and look over my paperwork. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and the document signing and stamping took about 2 minutes. Excellent service. Hope this helps!

Flathead himself is a notary, but he’s hard to catch in the office. The mailbox store on Bedford by Pilar is a notary with reliable hours, they just did it for me last weekend.

Most banks have notaries and won’t charge for the service if you’re a depositor.
