Renting an apartment to a corporation

A potential tenant wants to lease an apartment, but do it under a corporate name (so they can create a business expense, I imagine). There will be a personal guarantee. The apartment won’t be used as a place of business. What are the complications of doing this? For example, is evicting a non-paying corporate tenant any different from an individual? Thanks as always?
