RE Attorney recommendations/tax abatement questions

Hi All, My condo board is looking for a recommendation for a good real estate attorney who has experience in dealing with city tax abatements. In short, an abatement application was placed with the city by the developer of our building, and it was the understanding of everyone that this was in process and would shortly be approved; the latest info we’ve received via the developer’s expediter is that now it is *not* likely to be approved. We’d like to contract someone to look into the matter on our behalf (we have the original application and all documents which were submitted to the city in hand) and see if there’s a way to fix this.
