Seeking litigation attorney

If the closing atty was the one who negotiated the conditions for escrow funds set aside, I’m surprised he’s leaving you hanging rather than recommending someone who can represent you if you need to sue. I’m also surpised this is happening over a year after purchase. What conditions were in your contract and why were the escrow funds released to the seller if they weren’t met?

Any recommendations for a litigation attorney? We will likely need to sue to recover the escrow funds set aside with conditions of our house purchase, and our closing attorney does not focus on litigation.
