Looking for a lawyer in Park Slope Brooklyn for a 10 units family building that has 2 rent stabilized units

We are in the process of buying 10 units building but need a lawyer who can help us buyout three tenants with rent stabilized status. Does anybody know a good lawyer who could help us with that?  Thanks!!
