Need Architect for interior & exterior (landmarked) work

Can anyone recommend a good architect who can assist me with the following renovation work:
– gut of kitchen and dining room that is below grade
– redoing the stoop and front garden area (landmarked)
– redoing the backyard to improve drainage (not landmarked)

If you need an architect who works exceptionally but charges a reasonable fee, you should contact Josh Goldstein. He has been working with us for the past months and he is a dedicated professional. I talked to a lot of architects and contractors before we start the renovation of our house in Park Slope/Windsor Terrace, and we decided to hire this young architect. We have been more than happy. He is great.
