I have used Houserie. I got the report back quickly and it was easy to read and understand. I would recommend them to anyone.

We’re about to rent out the 1BR apartment in our 2-family house. Can anyone recommend a good online tenant screening service? There are so many it’s hard to know which are thorough and which aren’t. Most important, we want to run credit, and nationwide criminal and eviction checks. TransUnion has a service called SmartMove, but it doesn’t seem to include eviction checks.

I use a service called Tenant Verification Services. They offer a variety of Reports. Make sure your prospective tenants sign an authorization for you to perform a credit check. tenantverification.com
