Financing for an SRO?

Back to the topic… If you get this message, I’m really needing to speak with someone about SRO’s. I’m not sure that the building I’m looking at is an SRO. It is a Class C5 building. Now I hear there is a place where you can go to see it the Brownstone is “SRO Restricted” Thanks, No permits!

Does anyone know a lender who will do an SRO? I’ve tried all the local commercial banks, spoken to mortgage brokers and have come up with no viable options.  I am a full-time landlord and have experience with SRO’s, RC, RS buildings, so I know what I am getting myself into.
