Heimer for new construction inspection?

Yes, we used Heimer for an inspection post-purchase and were very pleased with their service. The great advantage of Heimer over other certified home inspectors is they are also structural engineers. So if the inspection turns up a structural problem, as ours did, they will advise and you won’t have to hire a second inspector/engineer for another $900.

They’ve been around forever. Heimer did my parents hous in Long Island in 1971.
