Service contract (only) for boilers (steam systems) - recommendations?

I used to have my boilers service contracts through my fuel supplier, but after they got ridiculous with their pricing (30-40% higher than just about everyone else) I left, and have been using a pay per fill up options since.  I have no intention of going back to an automatic delivery plan at this time, so i’m looking for service contracts only. I’m looking for rec’s on a service plan only (could be through a fuel supplier – but many of them won’t do it unless they also provide your fuel) So far i’ve found newyorkcityboilers and heatspan with the standard tiered coverage plans. Any other suggestions?  It’ll potentially be for 2 properties in the same area, so a bundled plan would also be acceptable, but i’d just as soon go with 2 individual plans if needed.   Some will say why bother – just keep up with the tune ups, and the system will last a long time – and I agree to an extent, but the costs involved are only a small amount above the cost of a single yearly tuneup, and as both boilers are approx 12 years old, i consider it cheap insurance, and would also like to maintain a relationship with a single company, rather than hunting and pecking at various service suppliers.
