Recs for Residential Steam Boiler Re-Piping

I’m looking to have my residential steam boiler re-piped. Looking for a few recs.  I’ve seen masterplvmber’s responses and tried giving them a call but they don’t service the queens area. I was told when i first moved in that the boiler was piped incorrectly. One guy (who actually works for the city) came in, and literally began to laugh at the piping job. He said there was no hartford loop. I have to drain the system every few weeks b/c of unbearable knocking. It’s done very sloppy and at the same time, I’d possibly like to have the boiler moved as well. Any help. Thanks.
