NYPIRG 2011-2012 prices?

I never joined last year, and am interested in doing so this year.  Their website says they are still negotiating prices (it’s december – doubtful) and they don’t answer their phones or return messages.  That alone makes me second think this choice, but i’d still like to know. What are some of you seeing for pricing?

I also had some trouble reaching them in October. When I finally did, the price they quoted wasn’t very attractive. Between the ‘casual’ attitude toward service and the price I decided to pass.
