need heating specialist reco

can anyone recommend a heating specialist in brooklyn. i’ve seen the ones in the directory on this site…i’m sure they’re great, but their pricing is a bit high for me. need someone to look at my hot water heating system – the radiators on the 3rd floor are not getting as warm as the ones on 1st/2nd floors. tks.

none of the radiators have bleed valves. and two of them have the release valves…one on 1st floor, one on 3rd floor.  the 3rd floor one is the one that isn’t getting any heat at all. need a specialist to come inspect the system and fix the problem.
