Heating System

I’m renovating our ground floor 500 sq ft commercial space, which is currently completely raw. I’m looking for a heating system that is cheap to install, but preferably not electric baseboard, as this would be very expensive for the tenant. I’ve heard about combination boilers that provide both hot water and heat, and mount to the wall. Anyone know about these boilers, or have other advice? Recommended heating contractors?

you will not find any combi boiler for your application. you might find a contractor who will butcher this installation, but there is no combi boiler  made yet for you. you will need heating boiler with small indirect heater, it will be more expensive proposition and will take some extra space. Also venting will be an issue and for commercial space filing of this type of boilers cannot be done under LAA, engineer must be involved in the process which increases costs .
