Baxi heater examination / repair?

Hi all. I have a Baxi heater in my condo that I suspect was installed poorly and/or improperly. Could anyone recommend someone to come take a look at it and fix it up if need be?

what is the problem with your unit? I have installed several of the Baxi Luna units, (combi and heat only) and had failure with the vent proving switch and transfer valve not due to any poor installation characteristics.
