Recommendations for maintenance contract for HVAC

Any recommendations or warnings re HVAC maintenance providers? We had central air put in to our brownstone about two years ago and it’s required a lot of tweaking. We are trying to figure out whether to stick with our current provider or switch to another. Any recommendations and guidelines re price? Thank you.
