Hi,

I am a desperate home owner and hoping someone here can help. Our 15 years old PTAC broke and we need it to replaced before the winter because the heat comes from the AC. I am not sure where to start or who to talk to or what machine I need to look for.
My super did mention there are some apts replacing theirs for 2200 dollars per AC unit. I don’t know if that is reasonable.
