I have all the materials and the design ready to go for a 7-loop, 3-zone radiant manifold. I am looking for a reliable and experienced plumber / heating contractor to install the manifold so I can hook up the loops to it.

Why not ask the people who service your boiler? I suspect though that many will not want to do this without supplying the parts themselves.
