Maintenance Contract for Forced Air and Mini-Split

Hello dear Brownstoners – Looking for someone to maintain our HVAC system. We recently installed a Fujitsu mini split system on the top (4th) floor of our townhouse (1 heat pump on the roof and 4 air handlers) during a gut-renovation of that floor, and we have two existing Trane forced air heating units in our basement. Our installer of the mini-split seemingly did a nice job, although the true test will be a New York summer. I’m looking for someone to carry out annual maintenance, and I received a quote of over $5K which seems very high (4 visits a year). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
