We’ve had decent luck with our tankless water heater – but it conked out today (seems to be a fan issue), and I’m having trouble finding a good person to repair it. It is a Triangle Tube Challenger model… If anyone knows a company that does well with these things and who does work in Brooklyn (South Slope) I’d be much obliged if you could share their contact info.
