Yosen, I would recommend that you give a call to CRJ home improvement. they did a roof for me. They can inexpensive and quick. call Relva at 347-715-5956

You might not actually need a new roof–perhaps new flashing, or another minor repair would do the job. FWIW I’ve used (and recommend) Tribeca Contracting, in Sunset Park. I’m pretty sure they won’t suggest any more repairs than are actually needed.

definitely make sure you find someone honest, i was quoted from $2k to $5k for what seems to be an easy job. the guys I hired did it so poorly I probably could have done it myself just as good.

I’ve used Doha from Luxury Construction for a flat brownstone roof. He stands by his work. An inspector for a new buyer in the building noted minor water collecting by the downspout and he came by the next day to remediate it. 718-937-3642

We just had our borwnstone roof replaced by Premier Roofing, they have an advertisement on Brownstoner.  They put a new roof over our existing, 2 new skylights, a new roof hatch, new roof over the garden level extension, a new gutter and leader on the main roof and a new leader and gutter on extension’s roof.  We are so happy with the work they did and I would highly recommend them and their price was very reasonable (we had three estimates).  Anthony and Fred are brothers and this business has been in their family for decades.  With a flat roof you really want someone who specializes in this type of roof, I would advise against someone who claims they do roofs among a vartiety of other work.  Anthony will come out and look at your roof and advise you on what is needed.  As pointed out above, you may not need an entirely new roof.

Stick to the professional roofers that have been around awhile like Premier. Remember the saying, “a jack of all trades and a master of none.” Some of these posts are shills. Get at least three bids from established roofers and listen to what they tell you about the job. It will cost you nothing but time. However , you gain knowlegdge.
