Geothermal?
Anyone have experience installing geothermal in a Brooklyn Brownstone? Would love ideas for contractors, experiences, advice. Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this. The air source units are much better than the used to be, and it’s doubtful the payoff for the georthermal system would be worth the extra cost. Few if any installers would even attempt it as the space for the field is so small.
